*Important* By placing an order with this site, you agree to its terms and conditions as outlined in this document. It is your responsibility and to your benefit to read through the policies below. Fey Stone and Silver reserves the right to cancel or decline any order. The content of this web-site, including prices and descriptions, are subject to amendments at any time.

Ordering

To purchase an item, simply click on the Add to Cart button. You will be taken to your cart where you have the choice to continue shopping or proceed to a secure payment gateway. You can amend the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the Check Out button in the upper right hand box. Please check that all order details are correct before submitting them for payment.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards via Paypal - a secure 3rd party payment gateway. Simply click on the Complete Order - Pay by PayPal button at checkout. There is no need to have an account with PayPal to make payments by this method.

Personal cheques must be made out to Fey Stone and Silver and must be in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). To help speed up processing, please send your cheque with a copy of the invoice displayed at checkout. If you are unable to supply this, please write your invoice number and shipping address on the back of the cheque. Cheques must be received and cleared before items will be dispatched.

You will receive an e-mail notification upon successful payment.

Shipping

All items are sent via Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery™ service. Recorded 1st Class parcels can take up to 3 working days. Special Delivery™ is a next day delivery service. Items posted on a Friday are not guaranteed until the following Monday as Saturday is not a working day. Airsure® for international deliveries can take up to 5 working days. Fey Stone and Silver is not responsible for late or lost parcels. Should your parcel arrive late or go astray, you will be able to claim the cost of the parcel back from the Royal Mail - please inform us so we can provide you with your Royal Mail tracking number. All parcels will need to be signed for except those sent by Airsure®. If no one is available the parcel will go to your local sorting office where you may collect it or arrange a redelivery.

Most items are made to order so please allow 7-14 days from date of payment for dispatch. One of a Kind items are available for immediate shipping. You will be notified by e-mail when your item is posted.

Quality

Each piece of handcrafted jewellery from the catalogue section is made to order and may not appear as pictured due to slight variations in the natural materials. Please also note that all the pictures on this site have been taken outdoors under natural light and, due to different computer/monitor setups, may not accurately represent the exact colours of the jewellery.

Guarantee

Every piece of jewellery is guaranteed for 30 days. This entitles you to a free repair or full refund in the unlikely situation that it breaks. After 30 days, you are entitled to a repair for a nominal fee to cover replacement parts and postage.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order after it has been successfully submitted, please notify us at once. If the item has not been posted, we will refund the payment. Otherwise, please return the item as outlined below.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you many return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund less postage. Please e-mail us before you return an item at returns@feystoneandsilver.co.uk - state which item you are returning and the reason why. We ask that you return it in its original packaging. We also highly recommend you sent your return by recorded post - if we don't receive it, we can't refund it!

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any information submitted to us will be used solely for to purpose of processing your order and to provide a high level of customer service. We will require your name, e-mail, and delivery address. A telephone number is optional. These details are deleted from our records as soon as the order is completed. Please be assured that your details will never be passed on or sold to third parties or used for marketing purposes.
